Cupcakes

the first thing that want to plan was that the fondant looks exeakley like the darings that I made. that second thing that want well is that the cream cheese tasted really good and it mixed well with the red velvet cupcakes and it wasn't to sweet. one of the thangs that did not go to plan was that the cupcakes were two dry. one of the changes that I made to my plan was that on one of the cupcakes I used a little bit of buttercream instead of just using fondant. the most challenging about was the fondant work because it was two dry and it was really hard so it was not easy to work with. the two thangs that I would change would be to make sure the fondant was not hard as it was. the second thang that i would change would be to not use fondant at all.
