Final cupcakes

the thing that turned out the best was the the buttercream I was able to get really nice clolers. the thing that did not work out as well as I expected was the fondant work that says happy mother days the writing did not look as well as I wanted it. if I were to re-do my cupcakes I would make sure my fondant was more flat so the writing would come out more celler. The two mediums I used were fondant and buttercream. the butter cream, was used for the flowers and it was used to make the fondant stay on the cupcakes. the fondant was used to make the writing and to make the rose. I had a rose and it was made out of fondant. I had a little bit of fondant ad buttercream go to waste. The way to avoided this in the future is to make less of the fondant and buttercream.
